Development Variance Permit Application - 20-1018-C-DVP-BRAMALL - 1950 East Vernon Road, Electoral Area “C”

Michael Bramall has submitted a Development Variance Permit application which requests the approval of the Regional District of North Okanagan (RDNO) to construct a domestic garage on the above described property as shown on the attached site plan and building elevations.  If approved, the Development Variance Permit would allow variances to the following sections of the Regional District of North Okanagan Zoning Bylaw No. 1888, 2003:

1. Section 701.3.b by increasing the maximum gross floor area of an accessory residential building (domestic garage) from 80.3 m2 to 130.9 m2; and
2. Section 701.3.b by increasing the maximum horizontal dimension of an accessory residential building (domestic garage) from 11 m to 13.4 m.

The Electoral Area Advisory Committee (EAAC) will be considering this application at their Regular Meeting to be held via electronic means in the Conference Room of the Regional District of North Okanagan (RDNO), 9848 Aberdeen Road, Coldstream, BC on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at 1:00 pm.  The subject DVP application will be considered by the Committee at 2:30 pm.
