The Board of Directors of the RDNO is where all of the Committees
and Sub-Committees report to. While some Committees have
full or limited delegation assigned to them which allows
them to make decisions and administer services all Budget
Approvals and Bylaw Enactments are performed at the Regional
Board.
Regular Meetings of the Board of Directors are
held monthly on the first Tuesday following the first Monday
of every month. Special Meetings of the Regional Board are
held at the call of the Board of Directors Chair and deal with
business of an urgent nature that can not wait for the Regular

Minutes of the Board of Directors are made available
as soon as they are approved by the Board, typically at
the following meeting.
