How do I pay my bylaw ticket online?
The RDNO now accepts payments by VISA and MasterCard for select bills through the secure payment processor, OptionPay. For a small fee, OptionPay provides residents with another convenient method of paying for utility bills, Bylaw and Dog Control tickets.
