The RDNO has five Advisory Planning Commissions, one for each of the Electoral Areas (B, C, D, E and F). The Advisory Planning Commission (APC) is made up of volunteers from their respective Electoral Areas who provide input to their Electoral Area Director and the Board of Directors on matters related only to land use planning and management at the local government level.
APC meetings are scheduled monthly, and only take place if there are applications to be considered (approximately 4-7 times a year).
