The GIS department works with data maintenance to assist many different departments within the RDNO. For the public we have an interactive mapping application, static PDF maps and an external GIS open data website for your convenience.
Interactive Mapping Application
The Regional District of North Okanagan has an automated Computer Mapping System that generates composite cadastral base maps for the entire region. This system is used by virtually every department for planning, engineering and presentation purposes. These composite cadastral maps form the basis for the Regional District’s Geographic Information System (GIS) which connects to the Property Information Management System Database. Please review the terms and conditions before use of the website.
Check out this document for common steps on how to use the interactive mapping application.
