Project Description
Phase 2 of 3 of the Performing Arts Centre Roof Replacement. Phase 2 includes 5 sections - 4 membrane sections and 1 tar/gravel section. Roof inspection done in 2024 shows most sections to be blistering and needing to be replaced to prevent roof failure. VDPAC roof membrane replacement as per roof consultant: new membrane for sections 6,7,9,11 and Section 10 replacement with tar and gravel to fix the sloping issues and improve drainage/prevent pooling.
Phase 1 was completed in 2025 and Phase 3 is planned for 2029.
