34 Avenue Creek Crossing Water Main Repair

During the water main replacement project in 2024, it was established that the water main that crosses Vernon Creek was leaking. The leaking section was isolated during the replacement construction. This project will renew the pipe sections via drilling underneath the creek and reconnecting, which will improve water quality and fire flows. Design for the creek crossing water main repair commenced in 2025, and construction is anticipated to be completed during the 2026 construction season.
