Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Regional District of North Okanagan will consider giving First Reading to Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 3063 at their Regular Meeting to be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2026 at 4:00 pm.
Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 3063 proposes to rezone a 1.05 ha portion of the property legally described as That Part of Lot 3 Shown on Plan H433; Blk 6, Sec 14, Twp 8, ODYD, Plan 749, Except Plan H16713 and located at 6776 Pleasant Valley Road, Electoral Area “B” from the Country Residential (C.R) zone to the Light Industrial (I.1) zone. If successful in rezoning the property, the applicant proposes to construct one building that would be used for light industrial purposes including storage and warehousing.
A Public Hearing for this Bylaw is not required as the Bylaw is consistent with the Electoral Areas “B” & “C” Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2626.
