Project Description
Community Works Fund: Parking lot construction to accommodate up to 50 additional stalls and the supply and installation of an additional concrete pit toilet. To accommodate the growing number of park users, additional infrastructure—such as expanded parking and more washrooms—was identified as a priority. These upgrades are necessary to support visitor demand before proceeding with the new amenities outlined in the 2024 Park Development Plan.
August 08, 2025 (Parking) update:

August 29, 2025 Update: the additional pit toilet was installed this week. The contractor will be adding gravel between the parking lot and the toilet to improve accessibility when he returns in a few weeks to plant the trees.
