Notice is hereby given that a Delegated Public Hearing regarding the request to modify Covenant KW5197 and Covenant LA35539 will be held in the Board Room of the Regional District of North Okanagan at 9848 Aberdeen Road, Coldstream, BC on Thursday, July 3, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.
Covenant KW5197 and Covenant LA35539 restrict and building site on the property legally described as Lot 4, Sec 5, Twp 9, ODYD, Plan KAP80583 and located at 433 Highridge Road, Electoral Area “B” to a 2000 m2 area. The applicant is requesting authorization to relocate the restricted building area approximately 25 m to the south-west as shown on the plan attached to the agenda package.
