Notice is hereby given that a Delegated Public Hearing covering Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 3035, 2025 will be held in the Board Room of the Regional District of North Okanagan at 9848 Aberdeen Road, Coldstream, BC on Thursday, July 3, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.
Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 3035 proposes to:
- rezone the property legally described as Lot 8, Sec 11, Twp 8, ODYD, Plan 18405 and located at 5646 MacDonald Road, Electoral Area “B” from the Residential Single Family (R.1) zone to the Residential Two Family (R.2) zone; and
- amend the text of the Residential Two Family (R.2) zone of the Regional District of North Okanagan Zoning Bylaw No. 3000, 2023 to permit a 506.69 m2 building addition and the use of an 826.73 m2 building to be used as a school on the properties legally described as Lot 1, Sec 11, Twp 8, ODYD, Plan KAP46354 & Lot 8, Sec 11, Twp 8, ODYD, Plan 18405 and located at 5634 and 5646 MacDonald Road, Electoral Area "B”.
