Development Variance Permit - 112 Brash Allen Road

Brandon and Ashley Mazur have submitted a Development Variance Permit application which requests the approval of the Regional District of North Okanagan (RDNO) to permit the construction of an accessory residential building (pole barn) on the property legally described as Lot 4, DL 237, K (Formerly O) DYD, Plan 423 and located at 112 Brash Allen Road, Electoral Area F". If approved, the Development Variance Permit would allow a variance to Section 803.9.d of the Regional District of North Okanagan Zoning Bylaw No. 1888, 2003 by reducing the rear yard setback of an accessory residential building from 7.5 m to 5.0 m as shown on the attached site plan and building elevations

The Electoral Area Advisory Committee (EAAC) will be considering this application at their Regular Meeting to be held in the Board Room of the Regional District of North Okanagan (9848 Aberdeen Road, Coldstream, BC) on Thursday, February 3, 2022 at 1:00 pm.
