The Regional District of North Okanagan (RDNO) advises customers on 10303 Coldstream Creek Rd, 11306-11604 Coldstream Creek Rd (even addresses only), Hillside Dr, Priest Valley Dr, Lochhaven Dr, Lochhaven Crt, Summit Dr, Wyatt Way, Wyatt Crt, Upper Summit Dr, 6704 Palfrey Dr West, 11506-11809 Palfrey Dr West, Palfrey Dr East, 7203-7350 Cunliffe Rd, Marwood Pl, and 13100-13550 Kidston Rd (see maps) that a water main repair will require water to be turned off to this area. The water outage will begin at 9:00 a.m. Thursday, May 7, 2026, until 1:00 p.m. Thursday, May 7, 2026.
Although the water will be turned off during this time, customers may not notice a water loss to their property. The RDNO requests customers refrain from running their water during this time.
When water is restored to these properties, in conjunction with Interior Health, they will be on a precautionary Water Quality Advisory (WQA) until sampling results confirm the water is safe.
What should affected customers do?
When the water service resumes, properties in the area may experience reduced water pressure, discolouration of the water, and/or air in their water. Please run a cold water tap until the water has cleared.
The level of treatment provided by the RDNO has been maintained; however, some customers with weakened immune systems may wish to boil their water for at least one minute when preparing food, drinking, washing fruits and vegetables, making beverages or ice or brushing their teeth.

WATER OUTAGE - IRRIGATION CUSTOMERS 9700-11200 COLDSTREAM CREEK ROAD
The Regional District of North Okanagan (RDNO) advises irrigation customers between 9700-11200 Coldstream Creek Rd that a water main repair will require water to be turned off to this area. The water outage will begin at 9:00 a.m. Thursday, May 7, 2026, until 1:00 p.m. Thursday, May 7, 2026.
Although the water will be turned off during this time, customers may not notice a water loss to their property. The RDNO requests customers refrain from running their irrigation water during this time. The noted irrigation customers (except for 10303 Coldstream Creek Rd) will have no impact to their potable drinking water during this outage.
