Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Regional District of North Okanagan will consider giving First Reading to Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 3002, 2024 at their Regular Meeting to be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at 4:00 pm.

Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 3002 proposes to rezone the property legally described as The NE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Sec 20, Twp 5, ODYD and located at Wallace Road, Electoral Area “C” from the Non-Urban (N.U) zone to the Country Residential (C.R) zone.  If successful in rezoning the property as proposed, the applicant plans to subdivide the property into six (6) lots.

A Public Hearing for this Bylaw is not required as the Bylaw is consistent with the Electoral Areas “B” & “C” Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2626.
