Customers of the Whitevale Water Utility (WVW) are advised that planned maintenance work at the Whitevale Water Treatment Plant on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 between 9:00 am - 12:00 pm may impact water supply and quality. It is anticipated that the work will be completed during this time frame unless unforeseen circumstances arise which could extend this interruption.
Due to this maintenance work, you may experience turbidity (cloudiness), air in the water, or temporary loss of water, so you may wish to store a short term water supply before the planned work begins.
If you experience turbidity or air in the water, please run a cold water tap at low volume until the water has cleared once service has been restored.
