The Regional District of North Okanagan (RDNO) advises irrigation / non-potable customers there will be a planned irrigation outage on MAY 6, 2026, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM to repair a leak in an irrigation / non-potable main. During this time, the irrigation service to your property will be temporarily turned off. See MAP for affected properties.
To minimize the inconvenience, the RDNO recommends taking the following precautions:
- Store an adequate supply of non-potable water for your needs during the outage; and
- Ensure non-potable valves are turned off, where necessary, to prevent potential damage when service is restored.
Following the service interruption you may experience temporary changes in water conditions, including reduced pressure, air in the lines, discoloration, and / or increased turbidity (cloudiness).
