Notice is hereby given that a Delegated Public Hearing covering Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 3037 and Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 3038 will be held in the Board Room of the Regional District of North Okanagan at 9848 Aberdeen Road, Coldstream, BC on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 3037 proposes to amend the Electoral Areas “D” and “E” Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2485 by changing the land use designation of a 3.43 ha portion of the property legally described as Lot 2, DL 3736, ODYD, Plan KAP72265, Except Plans KAP88361 & EPP78287 and located at 44 Ladyslipper Road, Electoral Area “D” from Non-Urban to Small Holding. Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 3038 proposes to rezone the same portion of the property from the Non-Urban (N.U) zone to the Small Holding (S.H) zone. If approved, the applicant proposes to subdivide the property to create three new lots.
