Notice is hereby given that a Delegated Public Hearing covering the applicant's request to modify Covenant No. KW5195 associated with the property legally described as Lot 3, Sec 5, Twp 9, ODYD, Plan KAP80583 and located at 425 Highridge Road, Electoral Area “B” to potentially allow the property to be subdivided into one new lot will be held in the Board Room of the Regional District of North Okanagan at 9848 Aberdeen Road, Coldstream, BC on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
