Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Regional District of North Okanagan, pursuant to Sections 464.2 and 467 of the Local Government Act, will consider giving First Reading to Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 3049, 2025 at their Regular Meeting to be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at 4:00 pm.


Bylaw No. 3049 proposes to rezone the property legally described as Lot 1, DL 2244, ODYD, Plan EPP98462 and located at 9190 Silver Star Road, Electoral Area “C” from the Large Holding (L.H) zone to the Country Residential (C.R) zone. If approved, the applicant is proposing to subdivide the property into 14 bareland strata lots.


A Public Hearing for this Bylaw is not required as the Bylaw is consistent with the Electoral Areas “B” & “C” Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2626.
