Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Regional District of North Okanagan will consider giving First Reading to Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 3065, 2026 at their Regular Meeting to be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 4:00 pm.
Bylaw 3065 proposes to rezone the property located at 1439 River Stone Road, Electoral Area E from the Non-Urban (N.U) zone to the Country Residential (C.R) zone. If successful in rezoning the property as proposed, the owners propose to subdivide the property into 3 lots.
A Public Hearing for this Bylaw is not required as the Bylaw is consistent with the Electoral Areas “D” & “E” Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2485.
