Notice is hereby given that the Regional District of North Okanagan, pursuant to Sections 464.2 and 467 of the Local Government Act, will consider giving First Reading to Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2924. A public hearing for this Bylaw is not required as the Bylaw is consistent with the Electoral Areas “D” & “E” Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2485. The Board of Directors will consider this Bylaw at their Regular Meeting to be held on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at 4:00 pm.
Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2924, 2022 proposes to rezone the properties legally described as Lot E, Sec 24, Twp 57, ODYD, Plan 21346 and Lot A, Sec 24, Twp 57, ODYD, Plan 30167 and located at 92 and 100 Begbie Road from the Non-Urban (N.U) zone to the Country Residential (C.R) zone. If successful in rezoning the properties as proposed, the owner plans to subdivide the properties into one 1 ha lot (under Section 514 of the Local Government Ac), one 2 ha lot, and one 3.64 ha remainder lot.
