REGIONAL DISTRICT OF NORTH OKANAGAN – PUBLIC NOTICE (22-0508-E-RZ)

Notice is hereby given that the Regional District of North Okanagan, pursuant to Sections 464.2 and 467 of the Local Government Act, will consider giving First Reading to Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2937, 2022 at their Regular Meeting to be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at 4:00 pm.

Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2937, 2022 proposes to rezone the property legally described as Lot 3, Sec 30, Twp 57, ODYD, Plan 28392, Except Plans 32411 & KAP84366 and located at 1150 Highway 6, Electoral Area “E” from the Non-Urban (N.U) zone to the Country Residential (C.R) zone in the Regional District of North Okanagan Zoning Bylaw No. 1888.  If successful in rezoning the property as proposed, the owners plan to subdivide the property into 3 lots.

A Public Hearing for this Bylaw is not required as the Bylaw is consistent with the Electoral Areas “D” & “E” Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2485, 2011.
