The Regional District of North Okanagan (RDNO) is reminding Electoral Area B residents affected by the Bradley Creek Wildfire that Temporary Access Permit applications are not being accepted at this time.
As emergency officials continue to assess conditions within the Evacuation Order area, there have been questions regarding temporary access to properties. At this time, no temporary access permits have been approved by the RDNO, and residents should continue to comply with the Evacuation Order and remain out of the affected area.
Access would be considered only when emergency officials determine that conditions are safe for residents and responders. If temporary access becomes available in the future, the RDNO would only have authority to provide support to residents with addresses located within Electoral Area B, including:
- 17 and 65 Cain Road
- 131, 252, 351, 425, 485, 631, 635 Nashwito Road
