The Regional District of North Okanagan (RDNO), advises customers supplied by the Mabel Lake Water Utility (MLW) in the affected area (see map) of issues with the water pumps servicing this area. Customers in the affected area are advised to restrict water use to essential use only and that they may lose water service.
Crews are onsite working on a solution.
What should affected customers do?
All customers are advised to restrict water use to essential use only until the repair is completed. No outdoor watering is allowed at this time.
It is suggested that you store a short-term water supply for cooking and toilet use.
