Swan Lake Wastewater Loan Authorization - OPEN
This notice is to advise electors within the portions of Electoral Areas “B” and “C” shown on the map attached to and forming part of North Okanagan Wastewater Recovery Service Establishment Bylaw No. 2797, 2018, of the intention to adopt Swan Lake Wastewater Loan Authorization Bylaw No. 3069, 2026.
The purpose of Bylaw No. 3069 is to borrow up to $4.8 million dollars for the purposes of funding the North Okanagan Wastewater Recovery project collections work. More specifically, this funding will be the portion of financing that is supported by the 16% Sewerage Facilities Assistance Grant from the Okanagan Basin Water Board.
Elector Response Forms (ERFs) must be submitted to the RDNO on forms that can be obtained during regular business hours from the RDNO located at 9848 Aberdeen Road, Coldstream, BC or downloaded from www.rdno.ca.
The deadline for receipt of Elector Response Forms is Friday, July 3, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.
