Street lighting near clusters of mailboxes and at critical intersections. It involves the planning and arrangement of additional leased street lights as well as arranging for the repair and maintenance of existing leased street lights. Additional lights are approved by the Electoral Area Directors and BC Hydro and installed by BC Hydro at an extra cost, and repairs are provided by BC Hydro at a cost included in the lease rate.
